The research figures describe a study conducted with Princeton Child Development Institute in three classrooms and are reported as measured.

BehaviorFlow app: Terms of Use
Last updated: July 28, 2025. These are the terms for the BehaviorFlow application, as published by BehaviorFlow, Inc.
BehaviorFlow is a cloud-based web application provided by BehaviorFlow, Inc. (“Company”) that provides applied behavior analysis tools to improve the lives of individuals with learning disabilities (“BehaviorFlow” or “Service”). Specifically, BehaviorFlow uses certain methods to enhance: i) motivation of appropriate behaviors; ii) teaching new skills; and iii) observation and collection of behavioral data.
By accessing and using the Service, you represent that you are: i) 18 years of age or older; and ii) have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian establish an account on your behalf.
You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Service. Your use of BehaviorFlow is governed by the standard End-User License Agreement provided by Apple, Inc. (“Standard EULA”). Further your access to and use of BehaviorFlow is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with additional terms, conditions, and notices (“Terms of Use”) and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Company may modify these Terms of Use at any time at our discretion by posting a revised version of these Terms of Use in the App and on our website. Company reserves all rights in and to the Service not expressly granted to you under either the Standard EULA or these Terms of Use.
User should read the Standard EULA and these Terms of Use carefully to understand the conditions under which you, the “User,” are granted access to BehaviorFlow. Use of related online products and features may require User’s acceptance of additional Terms of Use.
1. Trial Period
Upon registration, you will be provided a free one (1) month trial (“Trial Period”). If you cancel during the Trial Period, you will not pay a subscription fee.
2. Payment Policy
After the Trial Period, you will be required to pay a monthly subscription fee in the amount indicated on the purchase page (“Subscription Fee”). Subscription Fees paid are not refundable.
- For users who access the app through the Apple Test Flight testing program, there is no monthly subscription fee. The fee applies only after the app is made available on the App Store.
- Yearly discounted rates may be available.
3. Cancellation Policy
- By You: The Service is provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription to the Service at any time and your access will terminate at the end of your monthly term. Because it is a month-to-month service, no refund shall be processed for termination of the Service.
- By Us: Company may terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms of Use, which shall include, but not be limited to, untimely payment of the Subscription Fee and using the Service for Prohibited Activities as identified in Section 5 below. In this event, you will not be refunded any Subscription Fee paid.
In the event Company discontinues providing the Service as a functional platform for any reason, your subscription will be terminated and you will not be charged any additional Subscription Fee.
4. User Account and Access
User is provided 1GB of data storage. User will create a password and account designation upon completing the BehaviorFlow registration process. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User’s password and account and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under User’s account. User agrees to immediately notify Company of any unauthorized use of User’s account and for any related breach of security. Further, to use the App, you are required to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by a mobile network provider, which may be subject to your carrier’s fees as well as other Terms of Use. Company does not take any responsibility for the App’s failure to operate or compromised functionality if User does not have secure internet access or sufficient data allowance. By using the Service, User consents to being contacted by text messaging and any related telephone carrier charges.
5. User Content
All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, comments you make in the App’s knowledge base or other materials (“User Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted by User, are the sole responsibility of the User from whom such User Content originated. Company does not control the User Content posted and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such User Content. Under no circumstances will Company be liable in any way for any User Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any User Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any User Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via BehaviorFlow.
User shall not use BehaviorFlow for any of the following “Prohibited Activities”:
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable as determined in our sole discretion;
- impersonate any person or entity; or
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any User Content that User does not have a right to make available under any law.
Company may monitor User Content and have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any User Content and to suspend or terminate a User’s account for violation of these Prohibited Activities.
6. Data Collection, Use, and Disclosure
User provides certain information to Company in connection with the use of the Service. This information includes User’s name, email address, certain medical and health information relevant to the Service and numerous Data Points associated with User’s specific use of the App as identified in Company’s privacy policy (“Captured Information”). Captured Information is subject to Company’s privacy policy which can be found at behaviorflow.com/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”). By using the Service, User provides Company with access to the Captured Information and consents to its use as identified in the Privacy Policy. Further, the collection, use, and disclosure of Captured Information will comply with applicable laws and regulations governing privacy, data security and the protection of personal information. User should note that Captured Information may be deemed discoverable for investigations or litigation purposes and, as such, Company and/or its affiliates may be required to provide the data to others as required by law.
To the extent any Captured Information or other data associated with your use of the Service is stored on your device, it is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the App secure. Company recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your device, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could make your device vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your device’s security features and it could mean that BehaviorFlow may not work properly.
Do Not Upload or Disclose Sensitive Personal Information. Please be aware that the data storage functionality associated with the Service is NOT suitable for the storage of Social Security numbers, credit or debit card numbers, financial account numbers, driver’s license numbers, data about personal characteristics or other personal information, such as race or ethnic origin, religion or philosophical beliefs, political affiliation or opinions, genetic or biometric data, sexual orientation or trade union membership; or other information that may expose, or pose a risk of harm to, an individual if improperly disclosed or used (collectively, “Sensitive Personal Information”).
Except as expressly required by Service as pertains to any relevant medical or health information, User will not upload or otherwise make available to Company any Sensitive Personal Information, including any files containing Sensitive Personal Information, in connection with User’s use of the Service. To the extent User violates this provision, User agrees to indemnify Company for any claims or liability related thereto.
7. Intellectual Property
The functionality, features, contents, graphics, website design, logos, icons and images associated with the App and the BehaviorFlow Service are the exclusive property of Company as may be owned or licensed from third-parties. The Service is protected by international copyright, trademark and other laws (“Proprietary Rights”) and may not be used in connection with any product or service without Company’s prior written consent. BehaviorFlow material, whether included in the application, software or provided electronically, including text, graphics, icons, code and/or software, may not be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any manner without Company’s written consent. User may print and download portions of material from BehaviorFlow software and website solely for User’s non-commercial use in connection with the Service provided that User agrees not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials. User agrees to grant to Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information User submits to any public areas of the BehaviorFlow website or cloud based database or BehaviorFlow websites hosted by Company.
Any trademarks displayed are owned by the respective trademark owner.
8. Links to Other, Third-Party Web Sites
The Service contains a feature that allows Users, upon their request, to establish connections with certain organizations within a specific geographic proximity to User (typically a school district, specific school, classroom or other user circle) by assigning a physical address. An address for the organization is assigned by searching Google Maps, which permits a User to identify organizations in geographical proximity to Users for the establishment of communities of interest.
Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, pricing or practices of any Third-Party Site or third-party provider. You acknowledge and agree that Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, products, goods or service available on or through any such Third-Party Site.
Company strongly advises you to read the Terms of Use and privacy policies of any Third-Party Sites that you visit. To the extent that Company links to Third-Party Sites that offer pricing, please know that their products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable and Company cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on Third-Party Sites.
9. No Warranty
COMPANY PROVIDES THE SERVICE “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. COMPANY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IF SUCH DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. FURTHER, THE SERVICE IS MEANT TO BE A SINGULAR TOOL WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF A BROADER MEDICAL OR EDUCATIONAL STRATEGY AS IMPLEMENTED WITH THE GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION OF PROFESSIONALS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL SERVICE BE DEEMED TO BE AN INCLUSIVE TREATMENT OR REMEDY FOR ANY CONDITION WHATSOEVER.
10. Limitation of Liability
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE SERVICE, IT IS DIFFICULT TO FORESEE OR DETERMINE (AT THE TIME THIS AGREEMENT IS FORMED) POTENTIAL DAMAGES IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN THE PARTIES. ACCORDINGLY, IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE AS TO THIS AGREEMENT, COMPANY’S SOLE LIABILITY RELATED TO THE SALE OF BEHAVIORFLOW AND USER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL BE LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE AMOUNTS PAID FOR UP TO SIX (6) MONTHS AT COMPANY’S SOLE DISCRETION OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USER’S USE OF THE APP, THE SERVICE, COMPANY’S WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS OF USE, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY WHATSOEVER WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS. EVERY EFFORT IS MADE TO ENSURE THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED; HOWEVER, AS IDENTIFIED ABOVE, NO WARRANTY IS PROVIDED AS TO THE SERVICE AS IT IS INTENDED TO BE USED WITHIN A BROADER TREATMENT STRATEGY.
COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNLAWFUL USE OF THE SERVICE, SUCH AS MISUSE OF THE DATA STEMMING FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OR MISUSE OF BEHAVIORFLOW.
11. Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify and hold Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, successors and assigns, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or incurred as a result of any acts or omissions of User, including, but not limited to, User’s use of the Service; User’s breach of this Agreement; any issues or disputes attendant to the User’s use of the Service; or User’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. User consents to exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts sitting in the State of New Jersey.
