Website section effective October 8, 2026. App section last updated July 28, 2025.

Part 1. This website

This part describes what happens when you visit www.behaviorflow.com. It is written from what the site actually does, and it is short because the site does very little with your information. The BehaviorFlow app has its own practices, described in Part 2.

What this website collects

On its own, nothing that identifies you. This website has no accounts, no login, no payments and no advertising. Its fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain. It counts visits without cookies, as described below, and the only personal information it collects is what you choose to send through the “Get more info” form.

Visit statistics

We use two services from our hosting provider, Vercel, to see how the site is used and how fast it loads: Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They set no cookies and do not follow you from one website to another. For each page view they record the page’s address, the page that linked to it, the time, the type of device, operating system and browser, and an approximate location (country, region and city). Speed Insights also records how quickly the page loaded.

Vercel tells visitors apart with a short-lived code made from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours. The records are anonymous: they are not tied to a person or to an IP address, and we see them only as totals.

The “Get more info” form

When you send the form, what you entered is sent over an encrypted connection to this site’s server and saved, with the time it arrived, in a spreadsheet in our company’s Google account, which our team uses to answer requests. That is your name, organization and email address, and your role, phone number and message if you gave them. Nothing else about you is saved with it.

We use what you send to reply, to prepare and schedule a demo if you want one, and to follow up about BehaviorFlow. We keep it for as long as we have a business reason to, and delete it on request. We do not sell or rent your contact details. If you email, call, or text us instead, the same applies.

Booking a demo

When you send the form, the page also loads a calendar for booking a demo, and shows it once your request is saved. The calendar is provided by Calendly. It loads only at that point, in a frame, with the name and email address you just entered already filled in, so you don’t type them twice. From then on Calendly receives those two details, your IP address and whatever you enter to book a time, and may set cookies, under Calendly’s privacy notice. Booking is optional: if you would rather not use the calendar, leave it, and we will reply to your request either way.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the IP address that requested a page, the page, the time and the browser type in order to deliver the site and keep it secure, and keeps logs of them for a limited time. We also limit how many form requests one visitor can send, which relies on the IP address of each request. We do not combine any of this with other information to identify you.

Cookies and storage

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The booking calendar described above belongs to Calendly, which may set its own cookies inside its frame.

Links to other sites

The site links to our pages on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Those links open the other company’s site, and its own privacy policy applies from that point. We use no third-party fonts, advertising, tag managers, pixels or session recording on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated at the same time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you from your contact with us through this website, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to contact you again. Email info@behaviorflow.org or write to BehaviorFlow, Inc., PO Box 6633, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. We answer within 45 days. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. The visit statistics described above are anonymous and are not used to follow you between websites.

Children

This website is for school and program staff, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through it. Student information lives inside the BehaviorFlow app, under the practices in Part 2 and the agreements with each school.
